Who is responsible

This site is published by Pure AI. For any question about your personal data, write to [email protected].

Contact requests

When you use the contact form, we store the details you enter (name, email, company, company size, topic and message) to answer your request and follow up on a possible collaboration. We do not store your IP address with it. A notification is sent to our team through Resend. These details are kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. If you book a call, the booking is handled by Cal.com under its privacy policy, and the call takes place on Google Meet.

We process these details to take the steps you ask for before a possible contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)). Only the Pure AI team reads them. Resend sends the notification, and Cloudflare Email Routing delivers it to our Gmail mailbox (Google). Resend, Cloudflare and Google may process this data in the United States, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

To prevent abuse of the form, your IP address is kept in memory for 10 minutes to limit repeated submissions, then forgotten; it is never stored (legitimate interest, GDPR article 6(1)(f)).

Audience measurement

Only if you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). It sets the _ga cookies, kept for at most 13 months. Google may process this data in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. If you refuse, no analytics cookie is set and no data is sent to Google.

Your choice is stored in your browser for 13 months. You can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Accounts and emails

If you create an account, we store your email address, your name and a session cookie that is strictly necessary to keep you signed in. Transactional emails are sent through Resend. Account data is kept until you delete your account.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Hetzner Online in Germany and delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical data (such as IP addresses) to protect and speed up the site.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
